Challenge: Different speech patterns and pacing across 9 languages made VO sync and subtitle alignment complex.
Solution: I built modular timing templates and collaborated with Enterprise UK who provided translated scripts and VO to ensure uniform pacing and sync.
2. Visual Reframing Across Aspect Ratios
Challenge: Adapting content for vertical (9:16), square (1:1), landscape (4:5), and widescreen (16:9) formats without losing key visual elements.
Solution: Created dynamic After Effects templates with flexible safe zones and focal point anchoring.
3. Messaging Across Different Durations
Challenge: Retaining the brand message in 06s, 10s, and 30s cuts.
